Why is it important for global engineers to have good communication skills is because they are constantly travelling to foreign countries. This means that they are most likely going to work with engineers coming from different parts of the world. So challenges such as having language barriers, difference in work culture and practices are inevitable. So effective communication is extremely important for global engineers.
